Global permissions
Global Permissions Granting is responsible for managing requests from third parties such as: educators, authors, publishers and corporations for the use of extracts of Pearson-owned content/material, whether that be through copying or through some form of reproduction.
Global Permissions Granting provides permission at the asset/extract level, rather than the entire product.

Submitting a permissions request
To submit a request to use Pearson material, please complete our online form.
If you have students who have problems reading the original print, you can request print materials in an alternative format. Find out more and make an alternative format request online.
To request permission to use extracts from Pearson assessment products, please visit our Pearson assessment website.
Copyrights owned by third parties
Check the credits, acknowledgements, and notes on the copyright page or at the back of the publication. Copyright in photographs, illustrations, and poems usually belongs to the photographer, illustrator, or poet rather than the publisher. Copyright in quotes made by historical/well-known figures rarely belongs to the publisher. We don't have access to published copies of all of our books and are unable to check this material on your behalf. If material is attributed to another source, person or institution, please contact the cited party.
Licence to copy 5%
Copyright means that you need to seek permission before you can re-use published material. When you see this badge in a book it means that schools are licensed to copy 5% or one chapter from the book, for lessons to support learning as well as saving valuable planning time.
