Sharing views and discussing issues are key components of developing and implementing policy. Our events look to get to the heart of the key matters of the day.
Making Waves
On Tuesday 1 December Pearson and the Centre for Education and Youth launched ‘Making Waves: A better future for assessment’. The research looked at schools and colleges who had found innovative ways of tackling assessment.
Chaired by William Stewart of TES, the discussion included contributions from: Loic Menzies (Chief Executive of The Centre for Education and Youth); Rod Bristow (President UK & Global Online Learning); Professor Rob Coe (Director of Research and Development at Evidence Based Education and Senior Associate at The Education Endowment Foundation) and Mary Myatt (Education Advisor and Chair of The Centre for Education and Youth).
